What is your return policy?

If you are wanting to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. It must be in it’s original state. We are not liable for return costs. Please email hello@hopeandsupport.co.uk.

How much is postage?

UK delivery is FREE. International is £4.99.

How much is donated to charity?

We donate 10% of profit from each product to charity every month. We change the charities regularly to ensure that we help all walks of life.

What do I do if my product is damaged when it arrives?

Please contact us at hello@hopeandsupport.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your damaged product with an image. You can choose from a full refund or for a replacement.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

If you are a customer within the UK, please expect your order within 4-7 working days. International customers can take up to 10-14 working days.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Credit/Debit card and Paypal.

Is the payments on this website secure?

Yes, we have a SSL certificate. We have also installed to ensure that every detail who provide us is secure.

How do I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you have accidentally entered the incorrect address or changed your mind on where you would like your order to be sent to. Please email us at hello@hopeandsupport.co.uk with your new address and name and we will try and ensure that your order is sent to your new address.
